Einen großen Topf mit Salzwasser bei starker Hitze zum Kochen bringen.

Die Nudeln dazugeben und unter gelegentlichem Rühren etwa 8 bis 9 Minuten kochen, bis sie weich, aber noch bissfest sind (al dente). Die Nudeln abgießen und 1 Tasse der Kochbrühe auffangen.

In der Zwischenzeit in einer großen, schweren Pfanne zwei Esslöffel Olivenöl bei mittlerer Hitze erwärmen.

Fügen Sie den Knoblauch hinzu und kochen Sie für 2 Minuten.

Fügen Sie die Garnelen hinzu und kochen Sie, bis sie rosa sind, etwa 2 Minuten.
